Allow setting email per project

I can't find this if it exists already, but I'd like to be able to specify which of my many emails is the default on a per project basis. For example, I use my work email on some projects, but when PRs are merged, the author of the merge becomes my account default email even though all the commits in the merge are my work email.

If this is possible, that would be great. thanks!
