Ability to grant repository access during the creation flow

Hi Team,

I would like to ask for a feature request. When a user is creating a repository, he/she is not able to choose, which groups have access to it:

Once the repository is created, all the groups are added from the team account:

I would like to ask, if you could do a feature/option, where the user could choose it BEFORE the repository is created, which groups from the team can have access to it.
