Issue #1624 resolved

Bitbucket should not contradict itself in the mails it sends (BB-2404)

Dan Villiom Podlaski Christiansen
created an issue

Bitbucket — as the sentient being we all know it is — happily sends outs emails from the address »issues-noreply@bitbucket.org« containing this snippet: {{{ --- you can reply above this line --- }}}

That's not right…

    I still get mails that contradict themselves:

    From: Bitbucket <issues-noreply@bitbucket.org>
    Subject: New issue 1 in tag-strip-test: Testing
    To: mg@lazybytes.net
    Date: Thu, 11 Aug 2011 11:19:50 +0200
    Reply-To: issues-noreply@reply.bitbucket.org
    --- you can reply above this line ---

    My mail client is even clever enough to warn me when I reply, saying "issues-noreply@reply.bitbucket.org might be a bogus address, continue?". So it's not just humans who get confused by this address :-)
