Add name changes to audit log

As a user, it's necessary sometimes to check if there was a change in the repository name by one of its users.

It should be possible to check Bitbucket's audit log for repository name changes for administrative reasons.

This feature should help a lot of people to better control their repo, and there's no actual downside to knowing this information, at least as far as i'm concerned.
