Cannot scroll when viewing source code in "New source browser experience" mode

[Environment] Windows 10, Microsoft Edge 41.16299.248.0

[Hardware] Surface Pro 4, scrolling using touchpad or touchscreen

[Bitbucket Lab] "New source browser experience" turned on

[Reproduce]

1. Go to any repository, and choose to view a source file (.cpp for example) which is longer than that a screen could contain.
2. Try to scroll down with touchpad or touchscreen (since I do not own a mouse, I can't say for mouse scrolling)

[Behavior] Code view not scrolling down even when cursor is inside the viewing box. Rather the whole page has the tendency to move.
[Expected Behavior] Code view scrolls down normally as before.
