Filtering branches doesn't allow to check both active and merged branches at the same time

When opening the "Branches" page in Bitbucket it's possible to filter the branches by "Active" and "Merged".

It's possible to check only one of those at a time, it's not possible to check all branches at the same time.

So the proposition here is to allow users to filter by "All" branches in Bitbucket Cloud.
