HipChat integration does not support Deployments / Environments

In our current CI structure, we use the Deployments feature in Bitbucket heavily. It mostly works well, but there are some improvements to be made as detailed in other issues that have already been logged.

We also use HipChat on every project, and it's Bitbucket integration.

The problem is now that we use Deployments & Environments, the HipChat notifications are a lot less useful:

Sure we can see master branch building, but there's no context about which environment we're building to.

This wasn't a problem before Deployments arrived, as we used distinct branches for each environment and just merged code from branch to branch:

As you can see, this was far more useful.

So, please add to the HipChat integration so that it tells use which Deployments are running & which Environments are being built to. Thanks!
