Allows you to mark a project as depreciated

I, like many developers, have many projects that are not updated, and we can not exclude those projects.
I think it would be interesting for the system to be able to mark these projects as depreciated.

It would not be any big change:

1. In the "Your Work" page, that is, in the overview - dashboard - only the active projects would be listed.
2. On the page listing the repositories all projects would be listed and there would be a filtering option where active and inactive repositories could be selected.
