Group repositories

It feels weird sometimes that just because I create a repository, the name of the repository has /ianb/ in it, even though I might not be the primary contributor, or feel a sense of authorship/ownership.

It would be nice if there was the concept of groups, and a group could own a repository. Everyone in the group would have write access to all repositories owned by the group.
