Pipelines notifications via "Chat Settings" not clear

Our documentation doesn't reflect a very vital piece of setting up the Pipelines notifications under Chat settings. You currently need the following values for notifications to be received.

1. Notifications must be set on (configured)
2. You must have "build succeeded" and "build failed" notifications selected
3. You must have "pipelines fixed" / "pipelines succeeded" / "pipelines failed"

Missing either 2. or 3. is more than likely to confuse people-- we should make it clear that these notification options are linked.
