Text parsing bug in bitbucket comments

I want to write in text this:
{{{{ "url"|trans }}}}

But you force it to change to this:
{{{{ “url”|trans }}}}

1. Why do you change the quotation marks?
2. why do you add a backslash?
   Please fix it.
