Unable to see list of Teams user is a member of

A user who is a member of a Team Account via a user group (with only repository access and no Create Repository or Administrator access), will not be able to see the list of Teams that they have access to.

To be able to see the list of teams that a user has access to, the group the user is in is required to have either one of the following account permissions.

1. Create repositories
2. Administer team

For example, a user account which is a member of a team "testpermission" via group which does not have the permission "Create Repositories" or "Administer Team". This group has Write access to repositories. The team "testpermission" is not visible on the users account as below.
