Pipeline: Add Ability to make docker image name a variable

Currently we are able make username & password environment variable. I would like a feature that allow us to use environment variable for image name in pipeline.

Example:

image:
  name: $IMAGE_NAME
  username: iamapikey
  password: $APIKEY

Essentially we want to be able to reuse image name across multiple repo without having to type the name in all repo.
