Edit snippets functionality is not working correctly

It seems that the snippets functionality is not working correctly. Apparently when using special characters outside UTF-8 breaks the snippet, not allowing it to be edited.

How to Replicate

1. Go to Bitbucket
2. Click on create a snippet
3. On the description, type a special character such as ó ö ò á à
4. Click on save, and you should be able to save the snippet normally
5. After that, click on "Edit" and you should see an error message

This issue doesn't seem to be intermittent
