New push banner message breaks colours on PowerShell

The attached screen shot is the result of running git push orign in PowerShell. As can be seen the custom colour codes are not properly reset. Running clear results in a pink background terminal. Also as can be the colours do not contrast well with the default powershell colour scheme.

I imagine that the banner uses posix colour codes which are not properly handled on PowerShell.

Please strongly consider removing the colour codes. I cannot see how they will work well with the full variety of shells and colour schemes that git is used from.
