Recent reviewers should not include myself

Issue #16593 resolved
Kevin Fawcett created an issue

Whenever I create a new pull request, a list of recent reviewers is presented as a suggestion. Somehow I managed to have myself included in this list.

This feature is really nice since I can easily click all the names in the list before creating a pull request but lately I've had to be careful not to select my own name.

If I do select my own name by accident, I am unable to create the pull request and receive an error: "Username is the author and cannot be included as a reviewer."

Marking it as a bug since it is clearly not by design.

To be clear: recent reviewers still should include yourself on pull requests where you aren't the author. But on your own PRs, yes, we now exclude you from the list.
