Invited to Company Team, but not repos or team showing on account created from invite

Using google, our manager sent two new gmail accounts invites to a bit bucket development team. We logged in with oauth and now we see in the account no repos or team for the users...

I am creating the issue with one of the users who is not attaching to the team they were invited to.
