I sent two problem reports to email@example.com in December like the help page says I can. I never received any form of human or automated response.
If you ignore the mail then don't have it on the help page.
If you have a spam filter then at least add an automated response and on the help page say so. That way not getting the response is an indication that the mail got filtered out.
If the latter is what happened then your spam filter sucks and dumped my perfectly good requests and did it after receipt rather than during SMTP when I would have been notified about it.
