Unable to push a commit

We had put a validation on commit in bitbucket. Setting done from https://bitbucket.org/<team>/<repository>/admin/links.
The setting says
From
JIRA (((?P<linker_value>([\w-]))-\d))
To
https://<our-jira-host>/rest/bitbucket/1.0/issue-details/fragme...
(This is not editable however)

This was working till last Friday (July 6th, 2018). From this Monday-today, it is giving us error even if we included JIRA id.

The error says
Pushing to https://username:password@bitbucket.org/<team>/<repository>.git
To https://bitbucket.org/<team>/<repository>.git
! [remote rejected] <branch> -> <branch> (pre-receive hook declined)
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://[username:password]@bitbucket.org/<team>/<repository>.git'
