Unable to Add new Users to my private free repo

Hi all, thanks for this great service...but I want to report a bug...I'm unable to add new users to one of my private repositories (free), it says that I reach the limit but I'm alone...not one have access to it.

I did try the workaround of creating a Group and then add new users on it...but now a have my repo on read only mode.

Please any kind of help would be great!. thanks 4 everything.
