Link to PR on Pipelines UI redirecting to wrong URL leading to 404 Error

Pull Request URL in commit messages on a Pipelines build leads to a 404 Error. Further checks, shows that the URL is pointing to "api.bitbucket.org" instead of the URL to the pull request itself.

Steps to reproduce

• Open a pipeline build for a commit which is linked to a PR via the commit message
• Click on the Pull Request link from the Pipelines Build UI and you will be redirected to a 404 page.

When you click the link, you will be redirected to the page displaying as below.
