Cannot clone repository on Windows

I have tried using git clone on my repository and I receive the following error:
OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to bitbucket.org:443

I was told to run 4 tests and post them in a support ticket, which I am doing now.
