User account invitation not arriving

Have invited a new user to Bitbucket cloud, but user never receives invitation email to their work account.

We have managed to send invitation to their private account, but the work account invitation doesn't arrive. Removed invitation and re-added but no success. Have checked our mail proxy and it does not reach us, seems the invitation never leaves bitbucket.
