Period ('.') Shortcut Key Doesn't Toggle Omnibar on Dashboard Overview Page

Expected Behavior

A user is able to toggle the Omnibar from any page in Bitbucket. This is mentioned in the blog post "6 Bitbucket Secrets":

"Bitbucket's omnibar is a quick actions bar, similar to Jetbrains' ⇧⇧ or Sublime Text's ⌘+P. From any page, you can launch the omnibar by pressing the . key."

Actual Behavior

The Omnibar is not launched on the Dashboard Overview page when pressing the '.' key.
