Bitbucket is allowing to commit from not permitted user

Hi Team, On my desk I have configured two user for bitbucket each have its own repository and not permitted to interfere in others. But when I am committing any changes from GIT bash bitbucket is allowing to accept from the user which is not configured to push the changes in particular repository e.g. easebill user is not allow to work on studyamit.
