Code Deploy errors out with "Unable to remove top level folder" when there are files which contains special characters.

While deploying with Code Deploy Add-On, if the file on the repository has special characters, it will error out with the following error.

Error : Unable to remove top level folder

Currently, be able to deploy with Code Deploy, please ensure files don't have special characters.
