Unable drop files

I have a repository: https://bitbucket.org/WHK/whk-automatic-scripts/ and clone it in local and drop a specific folder... upload changes with git add --all and git commit -m "x" and git push origin master, but in the source tab canot remove the folder, when access to a file says a error http 500. The respository canot work.
