Renamed files don't appear with new names

I used the web GUI to rename two files, but both old filenames still appear. For example, I renamed setup-090-download-from-bitbucket.sh to setup-090-download-from-bitbucket-and-seed.sh, but only setup-090-download-from-bitbucket.sh appears. There are commit values for both rename commands.

I have tried logging out and back in, and refreshing the page. I only have a master branch.
It has been 40-50 minutes since I renamed the files (41 minutes ago for the first file, 50 minutes ago for the second file). When I click on setup-090-download-from-bitbucket.sh to edit the file, the editor just spins.
