Slowness and timeout when working with Bitbucket cloud

Hi,

We are using Bitbucket both as our git repository and for integration with Jenkins while building our product.

In the last few days we have been experiencing significant slowness in our interfaces with Bitbucket. We have to wait a very long time for cloning our repositories and committing our code.
Moreover, our Jenkins build are failing on timeouts because they are waiting enlessly for Bitbucket.

**This is a very urgent issue for us, we will appreciate you help as soon as possible.
