After renaming file (git mv) old file is not updated, becomes empty and impossible to remve, new file didn't added

I wanted to rename a file, so I did:

git mv test_web_tls_all.py test_admin_web_tls_protocols.py

I've successfully committed this change, but this file didn't get removed nor renamed, it's still there even after deleting it, a new file wasn't added and doesn't displayed in the source view anymore, although when cloning this branch it appears to be present.

Any new file I'm adding to bitbucket now, is not listed and not displayed at all, but when cloning the repository it's present.
