No Fetch Push access/permission to Owner

Hi Team,

We have just migrated a repository ownership and now there is a new owner of the repository.
In Access setting there are three access option with each member ( Read/Write/Admin), which are with all contributors except for owner.

Infront of Owner contributor, there in only one tag "Owner" and No Read/Write/Admin. and maybe due to this owner is not able to Push/fetch operation (Non access of write or Admin).

Error: Fetch failed
HttpRequestException encountered.
The remote end hung up unexpectedly
RPC failed; HTTP 405 curl 22 The requested URL returned error: 405 Method Not Allowed
