Lazy loading pattern for pull request diffs

Would be good to have lazy loading implemented for pull request diffs, since it may avoid messages as "Oops! You've got a lot of code in this diff and it couldn't load with the page. Click here to give it another chance.", and save developer's time once reviewing it.
