Javascript Error After Login

Summary

Receiving a Javascript script error after login when accessing a website first.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a normal Chrome or Incognito window
2. Access this link: https://cloud.yandex.ru/docs/vpc/pricing
3. Change the address to Bitbucket.org (in the same tab)
4. Login

Expected Result

Bitbucket dashboard will load

Actual Result

Bitbucket dashboard is not loading

Workaround

1. Avoid accessing the website and login will work.
2. Open a new tab then access Bitbucket.org when this occurs
