Custom API rate limits for apps

Hi,

We are StiltSoft, Platinum Top Vendor at Atlassian Marketplace.

We have a free app Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Cloud. This app visualize repository statistics. We would like to implement a lot of new features into the app. It will give Bitbucket Cloud more competitive advantages in comparison with GitHub.

To implement new features we will need to have an ability to make many API requests, more than allowed by current rate limits.

We asked Atlassian to raise rate limits for our app, but received an answer, that currently it is impossible to have custom rate limits for apps or users.

So we ask your development team to implement custom API rate limits for apps.

This feature will help us and other developers of apps for Bitbucket Cloud.
