fatal: could not read Username for 'https://bitbucket.org'

fatal: could not read Username for 'https://bitbucket.org': terminal prompts disabled

This happens on a Semaphore docker container during a Go project build.
If i try to reproduce it interractively, using SSH - git ls-remote git@bitbucket.org:rubanbydesign/v2.git - it works, while with HTTPS doesn't.

It worked fine until last night.
