Can't push or delete files because of size limit

Hello,

I have a problem modifying my repo, I can't do any operation because by mistake there was a large file in the root and was uploaded and now can't remove it or make any changes, just a pull, and this repo is 2 months old so I don't want to alter my new changes locally. Please help
