Branching model defaults for team

The new branching model support is a nice addition but it needs to be configured for each repository if I'm not mistaken (and it also has to be enabled for all existing repositories).

At least our team uses the same conventions in all repositories and I'd guess it's similar for most teams too. So it would be great not to have to configure the common branches for all repositories individually, but have team-level defaults. Then these can still be overridden in a given repository, but you wouldn't need to set them up for the potentially hundreds of repositories.
