Where did the option to prevent history rewrite go?

There used to be an option to configure a branch or repo to prevent prevent history rewrite / force push. However, the UI has changed, and the option no longer seem to exist.

This is a critical safety feature, as without it, someone might accidentally destroy the entire history of the repo. Please bring this option back immediately.
