Unwanted files are getting deleted and modified when feature branch is merged to develop

Plz look into this merge :

There is no history when the files marked as delete were deleted in any of our commits. There is no history of such changes on developers machine too.

We are not sure why these files were marked for delete if there is no commits where this files were deleted.

These files were never deleted on feature branch and it exists in develop branch. So when feature branch is merged in develop these files are mentioned as delete. plz look into this.
