Icon indicating Pipeline status when right-hand sidebar is collapsed

It will be best to either restore the repo widget (the behavior that it allows users to see their latest build status in the repository initial page) or include more details when the sidebar is minimized.

Current Situation:
When you go to a repository initial page, the right panel is not maximized by default.
You'll need to click the "expand" icon on the right first before you can see the latest Pipelines build status.

Expected Result:
Users should be able to see their build status on the repository initial page without clicking the "expand" button.

Workaround:
Click the "expand" icon to see latest Pipelines build status
