Links in "Repositories" dropdown lack title attribute (BB-789)

The Repositories dropwdown is useless if you have multiple repositories with the same prefix. You only see the first n characters of the repository name, which may not be enough to identify it. Hovering it doesn't show a link or title attribute either

(Also, the links should probably have cursor: pointer css..)
