When creating a branch with the same name of an existing branch, the error message is unclear

As the title says, when creating a new branch with the exact same name as an existing one on a repo, an error message like this pops up:

"We couldn't create a branch"
"If this keeps happening, talk to a repository admin"

It would be better to have a more fitting error message in this case, as it would lead the user to fix their issue much faster.
