Are some pipelines down? Stuck in Build Setup stage with no feedback

I have a repo that isn't getting past the Build setup stage. I've tried a few times, with the same commit and a trivial edit / recommit. No luck or feedback.

In this case, I happen to have a second repo that I can redeploy. The Pipelines setup is qualitatively identical (basically only the names and AWS credentials differ). The code in the repos is basically identical, AFAIK, up to configuration differences within the things that actually run on the instances.
