history_enabled suddenly a required field in webhook post

Our CI tool uses the bitbucket v2 API to automatically create webhooks for projects.

Today, we suddenly started getting the following response to our POST requests:

There is no mention of this field in the API documentation or the webhook documentation, though I do see the box in the UI that I assume it corresponds to. Was this field recently made required on accident?
