Unable to see which Team a user belongs to if there is no Team Admin or Create repo permission

When a user is added to a Team via user groups, they're granted with only permission to access the repository. The user is not granted with Team permissions (Admin or Create repository).

With this configuration, the user is not able to see which Team Account that they have access to. The user can however, access and view the repository.

This however, would affect users that would want to configure a CI specific user in Jenkins whereby Jenkins wouldn't be able to know which Team does the repository belong to while configuring it. This is because the user is not considered part of the team eventhough they have access to the Team Repositories via user group access.

Sample Screenshot - Its not able to show the Team Account at "Which team does this repository belong to". It displays the authenticated account but not the Team Account.
