New PR UI (scrolling and comment entry) is sluggish for larger PRs

I have a PR with 84 changed files. That's pretty large but it's not horribly large. And many of the files have only 3-4 lines of changes.

Initially, everything is fine. But once I scroll down beyond the first 20 files, everything slows down. Scrolling is terribly sluggish. My browser is even struggling to keep up when I'm typing a comment.

The new experience is a real pain for larger PRs (which are probably more common in enterprises). Do you have plans to optimize the experience?
