Unable to connect

Hi,

We are unable to pull/push;

Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks -c credential.helper= -c credential.helper="C:/Users/gstylli/AppData/Local/ATLASS~1/SOURCE~1/GIT_EX~1/GIT-CR~1.EXE" ls-remote https://gstylli@bitbucket.org/atrium-uw/procman.git\\
Output:
Error: fatal: unable to access 'https://gstylli@bitbucket.org/atrium-uw/procman.git/': Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443: Connection refused

We can login to BitBucket via a browser, when we try to connect using SourceTree it throws up the login box. I note that we now have to login using an e-mail address. I used the the same credentials for SourceTree as BitBucket web site.
