cannot view uploaded attachments

I'm following issues in the TortoiseHg issue tracker, but can't open most of the attached screenshots there. If I hover over them, I see the same url as for the page. So clicking them just reshows the page, but doesn't show the attached file content.
(Other attachments point to a place outside Bitbucket, and those I can view.) Is it something the uploader did wrog, or is this a problem with Bitbucket not registering the correct url for the attachments ?
