Cannot connect to api.nuget.org from pipeline

Hello

Today our projects started to failure with the following error:
Retrying 'FindPackagesByIdAsync' for source 'https://api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/system.diagnostics.tracesource/index.json'.\\
The HTTP request to 'GET https://api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/system.diagnostics.tracesource/index.json' has timed out after 100000ms.

When trying to connect to https://api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/system.diagnostics.tracesource/index.json from our local boxes it works fine.
