Approval of a pull request doesn't show up for other members

We set up a rule where a pull request needs two approval to be able to merge. When two members, A and B, approve a pull requests, on the console it showed only 1 member has approved:

• If member A logs in, bitbucket shows that there is 1 approval from member A
• If member B or other login, bitbucket shows that there is 1 approval from member B
